Scott DeCarlo has been making a name for himself in the music scene and climbing his way to the top with a ladder built of solid hopes and dreams. He plays music simply for the satisfaction that it brings him and he continues to do so to enrich his life by participating in a craft that he's passionate about. His voice is his greatest instrument and it, combined with his effortless presence on stage, captivates listeners and finds them hanging on every note he sings.

Since 1998 he has been working with some of the best vocal coaches in the industry, such as the late great Mario Lisanti, and the man responsible for many of our well known music icons such as Bono, Mick Jagger- Don Lawrence.

Scott became a mainstay at the famous Kenny's Castaways in Greenwich Village, NY, an area that is at the heart of the developing music scene, after recording his first demo in 2002. For the next two years he performed acoustic sets there every Wednesday night and in spite of being told that he would never grace the stage at many of the finest venues, Scott persevered and now brings sold out shows to outlets throughout the tri-state area with his band. His music, 'a little of bit of country with a whole lot of rock,' is the reflection of a man who sings from the heart and bares his soul to his audience night after night.

It's evident, in songs such as 'Come Walk With Me' and 'Built This floor' that Scott not only has a true gift for songwriting and performing, but that he also has the power to make the hair on your head stand up. His voice is graceful yet gritty, and with each note he sings he has the uncanny power to bring you to tears while getting under your skin and giving you hope as well ' his is the kind of music you can get lost in.

Scott holds close to his heart his strong belief system of courage and honor and it shines through in his songwriting and performances. Without even knowing it he's able to capture the hearts of his audience, and for this, he is humble.
